We voluntarily comply with SA8000 and do not use or support the use of forced or compulsory labor, including prison labor, as defined in International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No. 29; The requirement of not engaging in or supporting human trafficking, voluntarily complying with BSCI's requirement of not engaging in any form of slavery, coercion, debt bondage, contract, trafficking or involuntary labor, and voluntarily complying with RBA's requirement of prohibiting the use of forced, mortgaged (including debt bondage) or contractually bound labor, involuntary prison labor, slavery or human trafficking.

Guangdong  Powermax Appliance Co., Ltd. has adopted CSR corporate social responsibility standards for itself and its suppliers. When evaluating the performance of suppliers and/or renewing business with suppliers, Powermax Electric will evaluate the behavior of each supplier based on the "Social Responsibility and Occupational Health and Safety Commitment Letter".

Guangdong  Powermax Appliance Co., Ltd. has taken various measures to ensure that there is no forced labor, slavery, or human trafficking in the company's operations, including:

*Assess social responsibility risks based on review and supervision results;

*Strictly implement the "Guidelines for Recruitment of Production Employees/Staff", prohibit the use of forced, mortgaged (including debt bondage) or contractually bound labor, involuntary prison labor, slaves or human trafficking. If the other party uses deception or deception to gain the trust of the company, once discovered, the company will immediately take measures to protect the victims and report to relevant departments or local governments;

*Provide training and promotion on CSR corporate social responsibility to both the management and all employees to enhance their awareness of social responsibility;

*Strictly implement the "Guidelines for Preventing Forced Labor", ensure that all employment is voluntary, respected, human rights protected, non discriminatory, and non punitive, safeguard employees' freedom, rights, and personality from infringement, and encourage employees to exercise their right to supervision and their obligation to report.

Meanwhile, Guangdong Baoli Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. has taken various measures to confirm the absence of forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking in its supply chain, including:

*Assess supply chain risks based on review and supervision results;

*Sign a 100% commitment letter on social responsibility and occupational health and safety with qualified suppliers. Compliance with commitments is part of our standard requirements for all Baoli Electrical Appliance suppliers;

*Provide training on CSR corporate social responsibility requirements for all supply chain management professionals of Guangdong Baoli Electric Appliance Co., Ltd;

*Organize supplier training to enhance their awareness of social responsibility;

*Assign professional personnel or third-party organizations to conduct regular audits of suppliers.

Our focus on slavery and human trafficking is only part of a broader effort to promote supply chain transparency and accountability. We will never tolerate any supplier of Guangdong  Powermax Appliance Co., Ltd. engaging in forced, mortgaged (including debt bondage), or contractually bound labor, involuntary prison labor, slavery, or human trafficking for any other purpose.
